We are hiring a Senior Growth Engineer for a fast-growing AI company building infrastructure that enables AI agents and developers to turn web content into clean, LLM-ready data.
This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on product-led growth (PLG).
You’ll own the signup, onboarding, activation, and conversion experience and be responsible for the metrics those experiences drive.
You’ll work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, build product experiences, run experiments, analyze funnels, and iterate quickly.
Role Description
Own growth surfaces across signup, onboarding, activation, and conversion.Build and ship full-stack product experiences end to end.Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments.Instrument funnels and analyze user behavior using product analytics and SQL.Form hypotheses, ship experiments, measure results, and iterate quickly.Build developer-facing experiences such as onboarding flows, dashboards, playgrounds, upgrade prompts, and conversion pages.Partner directly with leadership to shape the growth roadmap.Build and integrate LLM-powered functionality.Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot as part of your daily workflow.Take ownership of measurable product outcomes, not just feature delivery.
Qualifications
5–12 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.Experience working as an IC at an early-stage or growth-stage startup.Proven experience shipping PLG features end-to-end.Experience owning and improving activation, conversion, onboarding, or other growth metrics.Hands-on experience running A/B tests and growth experiments.Experience with event tracking, funnel analysis, SQL, and product analytics.Strong product instincts and ability to work independently without extensive specifications.Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Willingness to work hybrid in San Francisco / Bay Area.Nice to have:
Experience with developer tools, APIs, SDKs, SaaS, or developer-facing products.Production experience with LLMs.Experience with prompt engineering, tool use, or inference pipelines.Experience with PostgreSQL, Python, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, REST APIs, Datadog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog.Experience building internal tools adopted by product or growth teams.
