About the role
We are seeking talented and service-minded software developers to join our Engineering Services team within the Investment & Risk Management Software Unit.
In this role, you will design, develop, test and document software extensions, integrations, reports and custom engineering solutions used by investment-management clients across EMEA and MENA.
You will work with experienced consultants, engineering colleagues and client-facing teams to deliver practical, reliable and supportable technology solutions.

What you will do
Design, develop, test and maintain software using .NET, C#, SQL Server and related Microsoft technologies.Build and enhance custom engineering solutions, product extensions, reports, interfaces and automation tools for client and internal needs.Develop and integrate Web Services and REST APIs, including secure and reliable data exchange with third-party systems.Create and maintain SQL scripts, database objects, stored procedures, views and reporting components where required.Support SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and other reporting deliverables, including custom reports and client-specific outputs.Work with consulting and client-facing teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical deliverables.Participate in design discussions, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, release support and continuous improvement of engineering practices.Create clear technical documentation for custom solutions, interfaces, reports and engineering deliverables.Focus on quality, maintainability, supportability and on-time completion of project deliverables.Explore and apply new technologies where they improve client value, engineering quality or operational efficiency.
You may be a fit if you have
3-5 years of professional experience in .NET and C# development.Strong SQL Server skills, including T-SQL, ADO.NET, database tools and performance-aware query development.Experience with Web Services and REST APIs, including development, integration and troubleshooting.Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a strong plus.Knowledge of JavaScript, UI frameworks or full-stack development is highly desirable.Relevant university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or another technical field.Familiarity with agile development methodologies, structured testing and test-driven development practices.Very good communication skills in English and Greek; additional European languages are welcome.European passport or valid EU working visa is required.Interest in fintech, financial services, investment management, reporting, integrations or enterprise software; prior financial industry knowledge is a plus but not required.A practical engineering mindset: reliable execution, clean documentation, willingness to learn and ability to work with both technical and client-facing colleagues.
