About the Opportunity
MAO is developing software and AI assisted programs designed specifically around our land, title, GIS, and project management operations.
These platforms will serve as the foundation for future AI and automation initiatives.
MAO Professional Land Services is seeking a Software & AI Development Manager to help develop and implement our proprietary land management software platform and expand the use of artificial intelligence throughout our organization.
This is a hands-on role working directly with our CEO, land professionals, GIS team, and third-party software developers.
The position will help translate business processes into technology solutions, develop AI applications and automation tools, and guide the implementation and continued evolution of our software platform.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with our third-party software development team and help guide platform developmentTranslate business workflows into technical requirements and solutionsReview, test, and help prioritize new software functionalityDevelop and integrate AI applications, document processing, data extraction, and workflow automation toolsIdentify opportunities to improve productivity through AI and automationAssist with user testing, training, implementation, and ongoing platform supportEvaluate emerging technologies and help shape MAO’s long-term software and AI strategy
