We are seeking a CNO Software Developer to design and build custom hardware- and software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain advanced hardware- and software-based CNO capabilities.Manage the full software lifecycle from technical concept through deployment and documentation.Apply deep knowledge of computer networks, low-level architecture, and cybersecurity concepts.Interface directly with project leadership and mission partners to communicate technical status.Ensure all developed software adheres to stringent operational and security standards.
Required Qualifications
Clearance: Current, active TS/SCI with a recent Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field + 7+ years of relevant experience, OR 10+ years of direct experience in lieu of a degree.Technical Skills:Strong programming proficiency in C / C++ and Python.Demonstrated hands-on experience in CNO capability development.Deep understanding of low-level OS internals (Windows, Unix/Linux, Mobile, or Network devices).Solid background in TCP/IP networking and socket-level programming.Proven reverse engineering, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities.Ready to Apply?
