Overview The Training BusinessDevelopment Strategist drives the growth and commercialization of CirrusAircraft’s flight training business by identifying new revenue opportunities,expanding existing offerings, and bringing customer-centered training productsand services to market. Workingcross-functionally with Flight Training, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience,Service, Product, Finance, and external partners, this role evaluatesopportunities, builds business cases, supports go-to-market execution, andtracks performance. This position focuses onbusiness development, market expansion, partner engagement, and trainingproduct commercialization rather than instructional design. The role partnersclosely with subject matter experts and operational teams to ensure solutions arepractical, aligned with Cirrus standards, and deliver meaningful value tocustomers and the business. The ideal candidatecombines strong business acumen, aviation training awareness, customer focus,and the ability to influence and execute across teams in an evolvingenvironment. This position is based at the Cirrus Vision Center in Knoxville,Tennessee, reporting to the Director-Services Training Development.
