We're looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with strong backend development skills and a passion for building scalable and high-quality applications. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field is preferred Proven professional experience as a Node.js Developer, Backend Developer or similar role Strong experience with Node.js and server-side JavaScript/TypeScript development Solid knowledge of TypeScript and/or JavaScript Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express, NestJS, Fastify or similar Experience designing, developing and integrating RESTful APIs Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures Experience working with relational databases , particularly PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar Knowledge of SQL , data modelling and database optimisation Familiarity with NoSQL databases , such as MongoDB, is valued Experience with Git and modern version control practices Experience writing and maintaining automated tests , using frameworks such as Jest or equivalent Understanding of API security and web application security best practices Experience with application deployment and modern DevOps practices Familiarity with Docker and containerised applications Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to scalable and maintainable solutions Experience working in Agile development environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluency in English Nice To Have Experience with React or other frontend technologies Experience with GraphQL Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ or other messaging systems Experience with microservices and distributed systems Experience with WebSockets or real-time applications Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP Experience with CI/CD platforms and cloud deployment Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies Experience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus or Grafana Our Values Critical thinking and autonomy Focus on meaningful solutions and real results Respect, transparency, and continuous growth What You'll Find At Fyld A collaborative team that values individual progress Access to continuous training and certifications A culture of proximity, respect, and recognition Challenging, purpose-driven projects where your talent as a Node.js Developer has real impact Want to be part of it?
