Description
We are looking for a Lead Developer Analyst to drive the design and delivery of modern software solutions in Miami, Florida.
This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, helping teams build reliable applications and improve delivery quality across the development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience with .NET technologies, C#, and Blazor, along with the ability to guide best practices in a collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture, development, and enhancement of web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and actionable development plans.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs that support secure, high-performing application functionality.
• Oversee code quality through reviews, debugging, and resolution of defects while promoting development standards across the team.
• Manage work items, sprint progress, and issue tracking using Jira and GitHub within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Support testing and optimization efforts, including experimentation approaches such as A/B testing, to improve product performance and user experience.
• Contribute to front-end integration and responsive behavior using web technologies such as Ajax where appropriate.
• Mentor developers, provide technical direction, and help remove delivery obstacles throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise applications with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
• Strong background in backend development and API design with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Proficiency with source control and collaborative development practices using GitHub.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments with hands-on use of Jira for planning and tracking.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve defects effectively.
• Familiarity with web application concepts including asynchronous interactions and modern user interface integration.
• Exposure to C++ is valued as an additional technical strength.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with both developers and business partners.
