Senior Analyst (Technical) - Permanent, Hybrid London - £70,000 to £90,000 DOE Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below. We're recruiting a Technical Analyst on behalf of an established, employee-owned UK retail and services organisation, for a permanent position sitting within their technology delivery function. This isn't a narrow, single-domain analyst role. You'll work across a portfolio of complex, high-change programme areas, think supply chain, customer operations, and financial services, partnering closely with delivery managers, architects and senior engineers to bring clarity to genuinely complicated, cross-functional problems. No two assignments look the same, and that's by design. The Role Work at both a strategic and detailed level simultaneously: covering breadth across multiple workstreams while going deep into the detail of individual pieces of work Partner closely with delivery managers, architects and senior engineers to shape and deliver solutions Facilitate workshops and bring together stakeholders across business and technology to resolve complex, interdependent problems Translate complex technical detail into language the wider business can act on Operate comfortably in ambiguity, in programme areas with a lot of moving parts and dependencies Contribute to a growing internal AI capability, bringing curiosity and interest even if you're not an AI specialist Support coaching and knowledge-sharing across the wider analyst communityWhat We're Looking For Must-haves Strong analyst background with genuine technical fluency, you don't need to write production code, but you need to understand what's happening technically and hold your own in that conversation Proven experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder change or transformation programmes Comfortable operating at both a high strategic level and deep into workstream detail, often in parallel Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills Comfortable With Ambiguity And a Fluid Working PatternNice-to-haves Retail, FMCG, or logistics sector background Prior exposure to or interest in AI tooling and capabilityWhat's On Offer £70,000 to £90,000 depending on experience Permanent Partner status with employee ownership benefits, including an annual Partner bonus Hybrid working across two UK office locations, with travel expensed between them Genuine breadth of exposure across some of the most complex change programmes in the business Direct access to senior architects and staff engineers as part of your day-to-dayApply If this sounds like your next move, apply now or get in touch directly for a confidential conversation
