This role will be part of a team of information technology professionals responsible for monitoring a global network infrastructure including offices and internet data centers. This position requires technical proficiency, an eager attitude, professionalism, and solid communication skills. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and support a global log management and monitoring infrastructureInvestigate network and application anomalies using logs, alarms, APM solutions, TCP/IP traces, and capturesDocument changes and author documentation on monitoring standards and practicesLeverage new and existing tools to augment the monitoring posture at ICEDesign monitoring requirements in coordination with development and operationsImplement monitoring solutions across multiple datacentersServe as a primary point of contact for monitoring across the enterprise Knowledge And Experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in CIS, engineering, or a related disciplineKnowledge of Linux, Python, Perl, Java scripting languagesAdministration experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or another APM solutionCertification in Splunk, ELK, or another logs toolStrong data analysis skills and competence in MS Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work independently on multiple projects Desirable Skills And Experience Experience with Performance tuningFinancial industry expertiseChange auditing and configuration management Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
