Senior Product Developer

MoD is seeking a Senior Product Developer to join our client's team! This is a full-time role focused on building and refining products that make a real impact. The successful candidate will take ownership of key development initiatives, working across the full product lifecycle from conception through to delivery and iteration based on user feedback. Key Responsibilities: Own product development from strategy through to launch and beyondDevelop and manage product specifications, samples, prototypes and testing requirementsEvaluate product quality, performance, cost and manufacturability and recommend improvementsWork with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into robust, scalable solutionsLead product testing, trials and product evaluations Key Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in product development (ideally within consumer products)Proven experience taking products from concept through commercialization.Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on scheduleStrong communication skills and experience working with product, design, and business stakeholdersSolid understanding of modern development practices, including version control, testing, and deployment Sound like YOU?
