This position blends technical expertise with a strong focus on security and process automation to enhance efficiency, improve user experience, and scale with the growth of our organization. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain scalable and automated IAM (Identity and Access Management) systems with self-service capabilitiesAutomate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding workflows for seamless access provisioning and de-provisioningOversee network, device lifecycle management and Audio Visual (AV) conferencing solutions Implement proactive monitoring of IT systems for optimal performance and securityDrive corporate security initiatives, including deploying Zero Trust Access and managing EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response)Support compliance efforts by providing evidence and documentation from an IT perspective What You’ll Bring 8+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems and SaaS applicationsStrong knowledge of IAM, MDM, Mac OS and device lifecycle management best practicesDeep, practical Jira administration experienceAbility to automate and streamline workflowsStrong problem-solving and documentation skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on continuous process improvement Compensation Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees.
