Full Stack AI & Automation Solutions Developer | London | Hybrid We are currently partnering with a highly progressive professional services organisation that is making significant investment into AI, automation, cloud technology and modern software engineering across the business. They are looking to hire a Full Stack AI & Automation Solutions Developer to play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the applications, integrations, AI agents and automation solutions that underpin their growing technology programme. This is a genuinely hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys building production-quality software, solving complex technical challenges and working across the full stack within a modern Microsoft and Azure ecosystem. You’ll be working on: 🔹 AI agents and automation workflows 🔹 Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio integrations 🔹 Claude Cowork plugins, skills & connectors 🔹 Azure cloud infrastructure & data platforms 🔹 APIs, backend services & internal applications 🔹 RAG pipelines & LLM-powered solutions 🔹 Frontend dashboards using React or Angular 🔹 Power BI reporting & automation tools Key experience they’re looking for: ✔ Strong full stack software engineering background ✔ Python, TypeScript and/or C# development ✔ Experience building AI or automation solutions in production environments ✔ Azure cloud development & integrations ✔ API development and systems integration experience ✔ Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms ✔ Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills Additional experience with Copilot Studio, Claude Cowork, LangChain, LangGraph, Power Platform, or AI orchestration frameworks would be highly beneficial.
