In the context of the Innovation strategy of the CEBI Group, Cebi Poland, is looking for a Technical Project Engineer to integrate and support the Innovation team inside the R&D center for developing new solutions for its customers. Through your work, you will play a key role in enabling Cebi to deliver best-in-class products and services to customers worldwide, driving growth and profitability for the business. Your Mission: Technical responsibility for product including design Participate in technical meetings with customers & justify technical decisionsEstablish design follow-up (customer and internal design team)Prepare compliance matrix for verifying technical requirementsCoordinate internal activities with: process, quality, costing, validation/laboratory team and production plantPreparing Product Bill of MaterialPilot Design FMEA & Participate in the Process FMEA preparationLead redaction of Design Procedures and internal technical standardsLead customers visits at Cebi and externallyActively participate in new innovative projects for products development, contributing with expertise to drive successful outcomesResponsible of project timingResponsible of project budget follow up (including investments and direct cost) Your Profile: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or a related field; alternatively, a technical school diploma combined with significant additional professional experience.3+ years’ experience in automotive: plastic parts or systems, actuators, sensorsStrong understanding of plastic Injection process. Knowledge of mold concepts and ability to follow molds manufacturing will be a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersSelf-motivated, curious and proactive, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Fluent in English.
