About The Role (your Why)
Our Endpoint Engineering team is responsible for creating and maintaining robust desktop Standard Operating Environments (SOE) for our customers, enabling remote support and ensuring standardisation across diverse IT landscapes.
As a Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you’ll work closely with customers to transform their businesses in line with cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions as part of their digital transformation journey.
You will also provide expert 3rd-level support, develop ongoing processes, and help drive continuous improvement in customer environments.
Our offices are based in Australia.

What You’ll Do
At the moment, as Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist you will be focused on:
Designing and maintaining modern SOE architectures for multiple customersWorking with customers to deliver cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutionsDeveloping processes to standardise support and maintenance across environmentsProviding 3rd-level support and acting as an escalation point for complex desktop issuesProactively managing and maintaining customer SOEs and supporting infrastructureDelivering project tasks accurately and efficiently and contributing to project reportingGuiding and mentoring team members to resolve technical challengesEnsuring a health and safety culture in line with Datacom policies

What You’ll Bring
Mandatory Experience:
5+ years of related experience in endpoint engineering and SOE management5+ years of related experience working for a Managed Service ProviderKnowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecyclesAdvanced end-user management skills alongside modern and traditional SOE methodologiesIntermediate project management principles and Office 365 skillsAdvanced experience in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Intune and SCCM (MECM)Experience in Active Directory Group Policy ManagementStrong PowerShell scripting skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsProven ability to build customer relationships and deliver solutions in line with organisational goals

Development qualifications with understanding of Full Software Development Lifecycle and version controlSpecialisation certifications in MD-102 and AZ-140Citrix experienceExperience in large-scale collaborative environmentsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, or related disciplineITIL v3 Foundation Certification
