About The Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce development, with proven experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration techniques. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Build custom applications, components, and integrations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies. Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continually improve system capabilities. Participate in project planning, status reporting, and documentation to support the successful delivery of initiatives.
