Senior Security Engineer

Your tasks Deliver assigned Azure DevOps stories and tasks according to sprint prioritiesImplement security improvements across Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and cloud security toolingProvide estimates and feasibility input during planning and refinement sessionsMaintain work items with clear progress notes, completed hours, and technical contextIdentify and raise risks early regarding scope, effort, complexity, or dependencies that may impact deliveryBuild, configure, test, and validate changes against acceptance criteria and security standardsDocument delivered work, including key decisions, testing evidence, and support considerationsFacilitate demos and knowledge transfer to ensure customers understand and can effectively use implemented solutionsShare reusable patterns, scripts, and lessons learned to enhance Security CoE delivery Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in security engineering with hands-on expertise in Microsoft security technologies and cloud platformsPractical knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, SIEM/XDR, Azure, AWS, and security operations toolingAbility to troubleshoot technical issues across customer environments and communicate progress clearlyStrong written communication skills for Azure DevOps updates, documentation, and customer-facing summariesExperience with scripting or automation using languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash is beneficialFamiliarity with secure configuration principles and OWASP Top 10Fluent English Nice to have Relevant Microsoft security certificationsMotivation to learn and grow in the security engineering field Job no.
