Associate Field Service Engineer

As an Associate Field Service Engineer, you'll support hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay regions, servicing and maintaining medical technology that healthcare professionals rely on every day. You'll work directly with customers and play a critical role in ensuring equipment is available when it's needed most. One day you could be troubleshooting an urgent issue in a hospital, the next performing preventative maintenance, installing equipment, training customers, or supporting new technology launches. Who We're Looking For You may be an engineer, qualified tradesperson, Defence veteran, technician, mechanic, fitter, or someone who has built a career maintaining, repairing or supporting technical equipment. More important than your background is your technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. We want someone who enjoys getting hands-on, solving technical challenges, and helping customers succeed.
