Forward Deployed Engineer (3+ Years of Experience)
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers and the product/engineering team to build and deploy solutions for complex, real-world business problems.
This is an opportunity for engineers who enjoy combining strong technical execution with customer-facing problem solving and high ownership.
You'll work across product, engineering, and customer environments to understand challenges, build tailored solutions, and help turn those solutions into scalable product capabilities.
What You'll Do
Work directly with customers to understand complex technical and business requirements.Build and deploy production-grade solutions tailored to customer workflows.Develop integrations, automations, APIs, and product capabilities to solve customer problems.Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into scalable features.Debug technical issues and drive solutions from problem discovery through production deployment.Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions in a fast-paced environment.Identify recurring customer needs and help turn them into reusable product capabilities.Take end-to-end ownership of projects while balancing customer needs, technical quality, and delivery timelines.
You're a Great Fit If You
Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience after your last degree.Have strong software engineering and problem-solving fundamentals.Enjoy working directly with customers and translating ambiguous requirements into technical solutions.Are comfortable building, debugging, and deploying production systems.Can work effectively across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.Demonstrate strong communication and technical judgment.Can independently take a problem from discovery to production.
