About the Role Impiricus is seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer to build scalable, high-performing web applications and intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React and modern front-end development practices, along with a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. In this role, you will work on responsive web interfaces, collaborate with other engineering teams, and contribute to the development of high-quality products in an AI healthcare technology environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end web applications.Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and modern JavaScript technologies.Translate product and design requirements into high-quality user interfaces.Develop reusable and maintainable UI components.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.Write clean, organized, and maintainable front-end code.Identify and troubleshoot application issues and bugs.Improve existing interfaces and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, designers, and other stakeholders.Participate in technical discussions and contribute to front-end architecture decisions.Follow modern front-end development standards and best practices.Ensure consistent user experiences across supported devices and screen sizes.Test and validate front-end functionality before deployment.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and development practices that can improve product quality. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of professional software engineering or front-end development experience.Strong experience with React.Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern front-end development.Experience building responsive web applications.Understanding of modern UI development principles.Ability to create clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Strong understanding of reusable component-based development.Experience troubleshooting and resolving front-end issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Passion for developing intuitive and high-performing user experiences.Preferred Skills Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.Familiarity with front-end testing practices.Experience with REST APIs and integrating web applications with backend services.Understanding of web performance optimization.Experience working with Git and version-control workflows.Familiarity with modern UI/UX principles.Experience working in healthcare technology, AI, or SaaS environments is a plus.
