About The Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic software engineering team on a permanent basis. This role is pivotal in developing cutting-edge applications that support large-scale, mission-critical operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of the company's next-generation software platform, utilizing modern technologies such as .NET, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. This position offers a hybrid/remote working model based in Northamptonshire, with a competitive salary package ranging from £60,000 to £70,000, reflecting the value placed on technical expertise and experience. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development with a focus on full stack technologies. Key qualifications include a proven track record of developing with C# and .NET, along with experience in building modern web applications using React and TypeScript. A solid understanding of designing and consuming RESTful APIs is essential, coupled with good knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, including testing, maintainability, and scalable architecture. Experience working within Agile development environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence are highly desirable. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience, is required to demonstrate foundational technical knowledge.
