Technical Scheme Design Collect, identify and analyze customer requirements, and determine the objectives, scope and deliverables of technical schemes. Conduct technical feasibility analysis and scheme review based on demand analysis, select appropriate technology options, functional design, technical architecture, data architecture and development process, etc. Technical Realization Based on the dismantling of technical solutions, complete the task/sub-task design, coding development and system function realization according to the task objectives and output specifications. Responsible for writing the architecture and code templates of core functions, developing and maintaining the common core modules of the system, and reconstructing and optimizing the technical architecture. Conduct phased discussion and code review on coding, and promoted successful code deployment through debugging optimization. Perform necessary maintenance and iteration of development and post-deployment programs, including bug detection, problem diagnosis, experience improvement, performance and cost optimization, etc. Stability & Performance Optimization Develop stability strategies to find and solve potential risks and bottlenecks in the product system, cover difficult problems online, and ensure the safety and reliability of the system. Apply product optimization techniques and methods to optimize performance and improve product stability and performance. Technology Pre-Research Track and understand the latest product technologies and trends, and provide the latest technical support and advice according to business needs. Independently responsible for the development of multiple technical modules or functions Able to understand the relationship between business requirements and technical requirements of moderate complexity, make reasonable judgment of technology selection, and independently complete the technical scheme design of product functions/corresponding SDKS Has a solid understanding in fields such as multithreading, high-concurrency distributed programming, DevOps, operating systems, virtual machines, and design patterns. Capable of delivering high-quality code output and documentation, actively participating in promoting code reviews, and able to complete self-testing before submitting code. Profound understanding of fundamental principles in technology fields while also possessing the ability to tackle technical challenges, capable of solving complex technical issues in isolation (such as performance optimization for a complex business or a stability issue that occurs with low probability). Has a strong sense of risk, able to accurately identify and expose risks, and drive effective resolution of risks. Safe Production Executor for Subsystem Possesses a strong sense of R&D safety production, familiar with the safety production risks and prevention measures of the responsible sub-modules, subsystems, and their horizontal associated sub-modules, and subsystems, capable of addressing and recovering from more complex safety and stability incidents. Strictly follows R&D safety production standards throughout the complete development process (requirement understanding, design, testing, release, and operation & maintenance) of the responsible sub-modules and subsystems to ensure system safety and stability.
