The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team to lead the design and delivery of critical systems while adhering to high-quality service standards. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end system design and delivery using modern web frameworks.Write secure, test-driven code and maintain live service performance.Work in an Agile, multidisciplinary team aligned with digital service standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture.Ensure the scalability and security of backend services. What We're Looking For Extensive professional experience in software development, specifically with Python and Django.Proven system design and architecture capabilities for complex environments.Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.Experience working within Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.Familiarity with public sector digital standards or secure environments is highly desirable.
