Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Lalitpur, Nepal.
The Python Developer will design, build, and maintain server-side applications and services, ensuring code quality, scalability, and reliability.
Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing functionality, integrating with databases and external APIs, and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The role involves writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
The developer will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with solid proficiency in Python.Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.Candidates should possess Databases skills, including working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling.Relevant skills such as API design and integration, basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (e.g., Docker) are beneficial.Ability to write clear technical documentation, collaborate in a team environment, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in an on-site development environment and familiarity with secure coding practices are a plus.Experienced on ML releated project is plus.
