Founding Product Engineer

We're hiring a founding product engineer to work directly with the founder and own features end to end, from the first idea through what ships and how it performs. What the work looks like: • A consumer mobile app where feel matters as much as function • Realtime voice conversations with tight latency budgets • Language model pipelines for scoring, feedback, and personalization • A modern TypeScript stack, front to back • Shipping most days You might be a fit if you: • Have shipped consumer products people actually used • Care how software feels: animation, latency, copy • Are comfortable with language models as a production dependency • Would rather ship a small version this week than a big one next month • Hold product opinions and are fine being wrong in public Competitive salary and meaningful founding equity.
