# Lead Software Engineer ## About the Role Jobot is seeking a highly accomplished Lead Software Engineer to join a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on the energy industry. This fully remote leadership role will be responsible for leading software engineering initiatives and driving the design, development, testing, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong software development expertise with technical leadership, team management, and project delivery skills.
