Expected compensation: 65.00 - 90.00 USD Per Hour HireArt is helping our client find a Software Engineer - Dashboards & Workflow Automation to support the reporting dashboards, metrics, and workflow automation tools that power its day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll maintain and extend internal dashboards, develop workflow automation tools, and troubleshoot existing scripts and systems. You'll work directly with the team to identify operational pain points and deliver practical technical solutions in a lean, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is an early-career to mid-level engineer who is comfortable working with Python and dashboarding or data visualization tools. You are analytical, resourceful, and able to work independently with light oversight while communicating effectively with the broader team. As a Software Engineer - Dashboards & Workflow Automation, you'll: Maintain and extend internal dashboards used for metrics, reporting, and operational visibility. Build and improve scripts and tools that automate internal workflows. Partner with the team to identify pain points and improve existing tools and processes. Write and debug code and troubleshoot issues across existing scripts and dashboards. Deliver incremental improvements in a lean, fast-moving development environment.
