Intermediate ServiceNow Developer

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for Intermediate ServiceNow / Nuvolo Developer to join our dynamic team.
The candidate will support the development, configuration, integration, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions in a federal environment.
This role independently develops and supports solutions for the FAA FRAMES platform, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, data, integrations, and technical documentation, while collaborating with senior developers, administrators, and functional stakeholders.
The position will also support knowledge transfer, platform stabilization, and continuity activities as GLT assumes increased responsibility for the FRAMES environment.
This position will be remote, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions supporting FAA FRAMES business requirementsConfigure and enhance forms, fields, tables, views, notifications, reports, dashboards, application settings, and related platform componentsDevelop and maintain ServiceNow Flow Designer flows, workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, upstream – downstream system integrations and other platform configurationsConfigure and enhance Nuvolo applications and workflows supporting FAA FRAMES business processesTranslate approved business and functional requirements into maintainable ServiceNow/Nuvolo technical solutionsIndependently troubleshoot application defects, workflow issues, data problems, and configuration issues and implement appropriate remediationDevelop minor and moderate application enhancements and support resolution of production incidents and service requestsSupport and troubleshoot ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, scheduled processes, and related interfacesPerform data imports, validation, cleanup, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities Participate in requirements analysis, estimation, unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, deployment, and post-deployment validationUse ServiceNow SDLC capabilities to support user-story management, backlog refinement, sprint planning, Scrum activities, task tracking, testing, and delivery traceabilityParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work with functional team members to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, technical tasks, and estimatesSupport ServiceNow and Nuvolo platform upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing, and remediation activitiesReview and validate configurations and development work to ensure compliance with established ServiceNow/Nuvolo/FAA development standards and best practicesPrepare and maintain technical designs, configuration documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, deployment documentation, test evidence, and knowledge articlesParticipate in knowledge-transfer activities and document existing FRAMES configurations, integrations, processes, system dependencies, and known issuesProvide technical guidance and assistance to junior development resources as appropriatFollow GLT and client standards for security, accessibility, governance, configuration management, change control, and release management
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be consideredMinimum of three to seven (3-7) years of ServiceNow, enterprise application development, web development, application support, or business process automation experienceMinimum of three (3) years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experienceWorking knowledge of ServiceNow platform concepts including tables, forms, users, groups, roles, workflows, notifications, reports, dashboards, and application configurationExperience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, REST APIs, import sets, or transform mapsExperience troubleshooting application defects, configuration issues, workflows, integrations, and data-related problemsFamiliarity with ServiceNow SDLC tools and Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, tasks, acceptance criteria, and testingExperience with application testing, defect tracking, release activities, and software deployment processesAbility to interpret functional requirements and independently develop appropriate technical solutionsAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical, troubleshooting, organization, problem-solving, and technical documentation skillsMust be able to pass a federal background check or obtain a federal public trust clearanceMust live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States
