You'll own the design system that the whole product is built on, and the details — motion, spacing, accessibility — that make it feel inevitable. The work What you'll do. Build polished, accessible UI in React and Tailwind from design intent. Own and evolve the design system — tokens, primitives, and patterns. Prototype interactions and motion to pressure-test ideas quickly. Champion accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA across the product. Pair with product designers and engineers from concept to ship. You bring What we're looking for. 4+ years building production interfaces with React. A portfolio of high-craft, accessible UI work. Fluency with modern CSS, Tailwind, and design tokens. Strong eye for typography, spacing, motion, and detail. Comfort working async in a written, remote culture. Bonus Nice to have. Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale.
