As Senior Project Quality Engineer, you ensure products meet high customer expectations, are fully validated, and are ready to scale into stable, consistent mass production.
What You’ll Do (and What You Won’t)
You own project quality end-to-end across PDP phases (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP)You define and challenge validation strategies, reliability testing, and acceptance criteriaYou identify program risks (design, supplier, process, validation) and drive mitigationYou partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement to ensure readiness for scaleYou ensure supplier processes and production ramps meet quality standardsYou make decisions based on signal, not volumeYou collaborate closely and speak up when it mattersYou build things that scale, improve, or change how we workYou won’t
