About the Role
We are seeking an Industrialization Engineer to support the transition of advanced semiconductor products from development to high-volume manufacturing.
You will play a key role in ensuring robust, scalable, and cost-effective industrial processes in a highly technical and precision-driven environment.

Experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong plus, but we are also open to engineers eager to grow into this domain.
Your role
Lead the industrialisation strategy for complex high‑tech products from R&D to volume production.Act as technical lead for industrialisation within multidisciplinary project teams.Drive NPI, pilot builds, factory introduction, and production ramp‑up.Define and safeguard DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing readiness.Create, review and maintain manufacturing, service and configuration documentation using Arbortext.Manage product and configuration data in IndiCenter.Identify risks, drive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement structural improvements.Coach and support junior or medior industrialisation engineers.
Your profile :
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical or similar).3 to 5+ years minimum of experience as an Industrialization Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / NPI Engineer.Proven experience in a lead or senior technical role.Strong hands‑on experience with Arbortext and IndiCenter (strong plus).Experience in semiconductor, or high‑precision capital equipment environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
