Who We Are Looking For Charles River Development is rapidly growing its Software-as-a-Service platform. We are looking for a senior Citrix Infrastructure Operations professional with strong hands-on experience supporting large enterprise environments and the ability to own platform stability, availability, security, performance, Automation and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, StoreFront, FAS, PVS/MCS, WEM, and FSLogix, along with strong knowledge of authentication, SSO, MFA, PKI, AD CS, Entra ID, PingFederate, ADFS, Okta, and certificate lifecycle management. This person should be a strong troubleshooter and technical leader who can manage complex incidents, lead root cause analysis, support audit and security requirements, partner across Infrastructure, Security, Network, Cloud, and application teams, and use PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency while mentoring engineers and communicating risks, platform health, and progress to senior leadership. What You Will Be Responsible For Lead daily operations and service delivery for enterprise Citrix environments supporting global users and business-critical applications.Ensure Citrix platforms are highly available, secure, scalable, stable, and performing as expected.Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, StoreFront, FAS, Delivery Controllers, PVS/MCS, WEM, and FSLogix.Oversee Citrix ADC functions such as load balancing, SSL offloading, GSLB, content switching, authentication policies, and high availability.Support authentication and SSO integrations with AD CS, Entra ID, PingFederate, ADFS, Okta, MFA platforms, and PKI services.Lead incident response, problem management, root cause analysis, escalations, and service restoration efforts.Drive certificate lifecycle management, SSL/TLS configuration, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and platform maintenance.Partner with Security, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to maintain secure remote access and compliant operations.Support CyberArk integration, privileged access controls, audit requirements, disaster recovery planning, and DR testing.Develop automation using PowerShell and monitoring tools to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational consistency.Establish operational standards, documentation, service metrics, governance, and continuous improvement practices.Provide AVP-level technical leadership, mentor engineers, manage operational risk, and report platform health and risks to senior leadership. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.Advanced degree or equivalent enterprise infrastructure experience is a plus.10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations, with strong focus on Citrix, Windows Server, virtualization, and secure remote access technologies.7+ years of hands-on Citrix administration and engineering experience in a large enterprise environment.5+ years of experience supporting or managing Citrix ADC / NetScaler, Citrix Gateway, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and authentication services.Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, StoreFront, FAS, PVS/MCS, WEM, FSLogix, and Citrix Director.Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, IIS, Windows Server, AD CS, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, PingFederate, ADFS, Okta, MFA platforms, CyberArk, Azure Infrastructure Services, and VMware vSphere.Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.Preferred certifications include Citrix Certified Professional, Citrix Certified Expert, Microsoft Azure, VMware, ITIL, or security-related certifications. Salary Range $90,000 - $157,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
