We’re recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join an established 13-person engineering team at a high-profile technology site in Woking. This is a genuinely multi-skilled position, combining electrical expertise with wider building services maintenance across a busy and technically interesting estate. The Role As The Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer, You Will Carry out electrical and mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance. Diagnose faults and complete repairs across building services systems. Maintain lighting, electrical distribution and associated equipment. Complete electrical installation, testing and inspection works. Respond to breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests. Support wider mechanical, plumbing and general building maintenance when required. Work with specialist subcontractors and maintain accurate CAFM records. About You To be successful as the Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer, you’ll have: C&G Part 1 & 2 Electrical Installation 2360 or recognised equivalent. Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience. Experience within commercial building maintenance or Facilities Management. Good knowledge of electrical PPM and reactive maintenance. Electrical installation, testing and inspection experience. A good understanding of Health & Safety, RAMS and safe working practices. A genuinely multi-skilled approach and willingness to work outside your core electrical trade when required. 18th Edition, Inspection & Testing, BMS knowledge and mechanical experience would be advantageous. What’s in it for You? £44,000 basic salary, with some flexibility for an exceptional candidate. Permanent, full-time position. 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays. Monday-Friday working. 40-hour working week. 1-in-9 shared on-call rota. Call-outs paid at double time with a minimum four-hour payment.
