About PostGrid: PostGrid is a global leader in enterprise SaaS platforms for automated offline communications. Our robust APIs empower organizations to create, personalize, and dispatch physical mail letters, postcards, checks, and more to any address on the globe without ever touching an envelope, while ensuring clean address data. Operating at a massive scale across multiple regions, we’re redefining how brands connect with people beyond the inbox. If you’re driven to build category-defining technology and want to shape the future of offline communications, join our high-caliber team and help us transform the way the world sends mail. About the Team: The Product team turns market opportunity into a roadmap that engineering can build against and customers can't live without. As a Technical Product Manager, you'll own a slice of that roadmap — working closely with engineering to ship features that solve real customer problems. What You'll Do: As a Technical Product Manager, you'll drive the day-to-day product work for one or more areas of PostGrid's platform: gathering requirements, writing specs, working with engineering on feasibility and design, and making sure what ships actually solves the problem it set out to solve. Your Responsibilities: Roadmap Execution: Turn strategic priorities into clear specs and requirements; break down initiatives into shippable milestones; make day-to-day prioritization calls within your area and flag trade-offs that need broader input. Technical Collaboration: Work directly with engineers on API design, integrations, and system behavior; understand technical constraints well enough to have a real conversation about feasibility, not just take requirements over the wall. Customer & Data-Driven Decisions: Gather input from customers, support, and sales to understand what's actually needed; use data and experimentation to validate ideas before and after they ship. AI-Enabled Product Work: Help identify where AI can improve the product or internal workflows; work with engineering to test and refine these features based on real usage. Metrics & Quality: Define and track success metrics for your area; run or support beta programs and user acceptance testing; keep documentation and specs current. Cross-Functional Communication: Keep engineering, support, and sales aligned on what's shipping and why; write clear updates for stakeholders. What You'll Bring to This Role: You're a product manager who's comfortable in technical conversations and enjoys working closely with engineers. You care about shipping things that actually work for customers, and you're not afraid to dig into the details when needed. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)3-5 years of product management experience at a SaaS company or high-growth startupComfortable working with engineering on API design, integrations, and technical trade-offsSome exposure to AI/ML-enabled features or a strong interest in how AI is changing product workExperience writing specs, prioritizing a backlog, and tracking metrics for a product areaClear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teammatesComfortable owning a piece of the roadmap and making calls with incomplete information What We Offer: A hands-on product role at the intersection of engineering and customer needs; mentorship from senior product and engineering leadership; a collaborative, learning-focused culture built for people who want to build category-defining technology.
