ServiceNow Developer
We are looking for a ServiceNow developer to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions for our clients.
You will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules that meet business requirements and best practices.
This is a temporary contract position.
This role has a hybrid work environment, requiring the contractor to be on site 2 days per week (Monday, Wednesday) at the Acronym office.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio, workflow studio, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologiesConfigure and customize platform features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, reports, and dashboards, scheduled jobs, etc.Integrate with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.Implementation of out-of-the-box configurations for Sales and Order Management for Telecom (SOMT) & CPQ.Customizations of workflows using the no-code / low-code standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functionality, performance, and securityPerform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of solutionsDocument and maintain technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for developmentProvide support and training to end users and administrators on features and functionalityStay updated on the latest developments and trends in and related technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience in development and administrationCertified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications on ServiceNowProficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologiesExperience in implementation of out-of-the-box configurations for Sales and Order Management for Telecom (SOMT) & CPQ.Experience in developing and integrating applications and modules using ServiceNow StudioExperience in configuring and customizing platform features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, reports, and dashboards, scheduled jobs, etc.Experience in integrating with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to functionality, performance, and securityExperience in performing unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of solutionsExperience in documenting and maintaining technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for developmentExperience in providing support and training to end users and administrators on features and functionalityKnowledge of ITIL processes and best practicesKnowledge of Sales and Order Management CRM lifecycleKnowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and JiraExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
