About The Role We are seeking experienced Staff Full-Stack Engineers to join our dynamic product teams—340B, Intake, and a new initiative focused on pharmacy operations. In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying end-to-end features that directly impact pharmacy teams' daily work. You will take ownership of complex problems from conception through deployment, making informed technical decisions independently. This role offers the opportunity to influence core workflows used by hundreds of health systems, ensuring scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and pharmacy operations experts to understand real-world needs and embed AI thoughtfully into our platform. Your expertise will help shape the technical foundation for our evolving products, balancing speed with durability as we scale our platform to serve more clients.
