Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of our front-end applications.
In addition to hands-on development, you will be responsible for defining front-end architecture, driving engineering best practices, and providing technical leadership to development teams.
You will work closely with architects, product owners, UX teams, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while ensuring consistency across the front-end ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Define and govern front-end architecture, standards, and development best practices.Establish and enforce accessibility standards aligned with WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.Define testing strategies, tooling, and quality standards across the front-end landscape.Ensure adequate coverage through unit, integration, and automated testing frameworks.Drive decisions around state management, application structure, performance, security, accessibility, and code quality.Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on engineering best practices.
