Entry-Level AI Engineer

Why Join Us • Build real, production AI agents used by real users • High ownership and impact • Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product • Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities • Build AI-powered features for search, recommendations, and personalization • Experiment with prompts, embeddings, retrieval, structured outputs, and LLM APIs • Create evaluation datasets and measure model quality • Integrate AI capabilities into reliable product systems • Investigate model failures, latency, and performance issues • Collaborate remotely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists Qualification Required • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field • Strong Python programming skills • Understanding of machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals • Familiarity with APIs, Git, data processing, and debugging • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work remotely within Canada Preferred • Experience with LLM applications, RAG, embeddings, or model evaluation • Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn • Experience building AI prototypes or data pipelines • Knowledge of recommendation systems, search, or ranking • Interest in AI agents and consumer AI products
