The Opportunity Highspring is seeking a Senior Python Backend Developer in permanent position to join a mobile technology team responsible for building and supporting applications that enable critical business operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals to deliver robust and scalable backend solutions. What You'll Do Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of mobile application backend services.Participate in application architecture discussions and technical decision-making.Collaborate with functional analysts, mobile developers, backend developers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Provide production support and post-implementation assistance.Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.Help ensure application reliability, scalability, and maintainability. What You Bring to the Table Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.Passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Experience supporting and maintaining production applications. Core Skills Required Advanced proficiency with Python.Strong SQL development experience.Experience developing and maintaining backend solutions using Ansible.Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.Experience with RabbitMQ messaging platforms.Experience with Ejabberd.Strong understanding of Linux and macOS environments. Ce que vous ferez Participer à la conception, au développement et à l'évolution des services backend supportant les applications mobiles.Contribuer aux décisions d'architecture applicative et aux orientations techniques.Collaborer avec les analystes fonctionnels, développeurs mobiles, développeurs backend et équipes QA.Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique.Assurer le soutien post-implantation et la maintenance des solutions en production.Effectuer une veille technologique et recommander des améliorations aux solutions existantes.Veiller à la performance, à la stabilité et à l'évolutivité des applications.
