Job Description
Talent Groups is seeking a Product Manager to manage enterprise software applications supporting critical business operations.
This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and software vendors, driving product strategy, requirements, enhancements, testing, releases, and continuous improvement.
Experience with specific industry applications is not required.
We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in software product management, enterprise applications, finance technology, ERP, procurement, accounting, or other business critical systems.
Responsibilities
• Own product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and application lifecycle
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Manage relationships with software vendors and development teams
• Coordinate enhancements, releases, UAT, and production support
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Support SOX, ITGC, audit, and application control requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and user experience
• Communicate priorities, risks, releases, and product updates to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Enterprise Applications, Business Systems Analysis, or related technology roles
• Experience managing enterprise software or business critical applications
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with requirements gathering, backlog management, testing, and software releases
• Understanding of SOX and IT General Controls (ITGC)
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
Preferred
• Finance, accounting, procurement, ERP, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS experience
• Agile and SDLC experience
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Experience in travel, hospitality, cruise, transportation, or port services is a plus
