About the role. You will: Implement and customise Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.Create guided flows using Omnistudio and Flows.Configure, integrate, and customize Salesforce software to meet client needs.As part of the R&D team: create, design, and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by our clients.Work directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team. About the skills and tools. You will use: SalesforceOmnistudioApex, Lightning Web ComponentsFlows, TriggersGit… and more depending on project About the requirements. You need: Master’s degree in IT or equivalent and at least 2 years of commercial experience as a Salesforece Developer.At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Omnistudio.Basic understanding of Salesforce Platform.Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.Good command of the English language, at least B2 level.Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Availability for full-time employment.Readiness to travel (depending on the project, we work partially from the client side).Ability to work in the European Union. About the wishes. Nice to haves: Software development best practices.Experience with Salesforce Solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Vlocity, Mulesoft and other.Salesforce Platform Developer or other relevant certification.Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.Teamwork skills and experience.Understanding of design patterns.Any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience.Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of managed team.Additional languages, like Swedish, German, or French.
