More Than a Job: A Mission We are seeking a passionate Wayside Software Developer ready to shape modern rail solutions and enhance the safety and performance of mobility systems. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication. Your Role, Your Impact Design and implement robust software architecture in collaboration with lead architects. Develop innovative software solutions to support next-generation rail systems. Integrate software components ensuring functionality, performance, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. Document software designs and mentor junior developers for sustainable growth. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, redefining wayside systems in modern rail environments. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Development, or Computer Science. Proficiency in C# and/or Python with knowledge of C++ as a plus. Experience in containerization platforms like Kubernetes or Docker. Solid understanding of Linux systems and SQL databases. Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
