Responsibilities
Software Development & Design Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications and integrations.Produce clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable code following established standards and best practices.Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.Identify opportunities to simplify, refactor, and improve existing codebases.Testing & QualityDevelop and maintain unit, integration, and component tests.Ensure new and modified code meets team-established test coverage standards.Collaborate closely with QA Analysts to reduce defects and improve overall quality.Perform code reviews and incorporate feedback from peers.Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and production support.DevOps & DeliveryParticipate in CI/CD processes and deployment activities.Contribute to build, release, and automation pipelines.Support production deployments, rollback strategies, and post-deployment validation.Monitor application health and assist with operational support when required.System Comprehension & Problem SolvingDevelop a strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, data flows, and dependencies.Investigate production and non-production issues using logs, monitoring tools, and debugging techniques.Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions.Assess technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Required Qualifications
Education
Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
5+ years of professional software development experience.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
