G2 are currently working with an exciting client in the FMCG and consumer appliance sectors who are looking for an Embedded Software Developer to join the team on a permanent basis. They are also open to speaking to freelance/ZZP candidates for short term, interim cover. The client specialises in consumer equipment and appliance manufacturing projects, and are growing very quickly bringing new products to market with cutting edge technology. You will be working primarily on programming embedded systems for software development and engineering using C and C+, primarily on control systems for the appliances. Start date: ASAP Salary (permanent): €5,000 - €7,000 per month + 8% Rate (freelance): Competitive market rate Location: Amsterdam area, Netherlands Essential Skills: Background as a software engineer/developer, bachelor's degreeExperience working with consumer electronic appliances with complex systemsFamiliarity with working alongside hardware/electronics engineersExperience using programming languages C and C+ for control systemsEnglish language essential, Dutch not required The client growing at a rapid rate with their workload increasing quickly, so it is a very exciting time to join the team, with excellent career progression available.
