Key Duties & Responsibilities Design and ship large-scale, real-time, event-driven applicationsDesign, maintain and support services using a microservices approachBuild performant, cloud native platformsOwn quality end to end — from secure coding and unit testing to code reviews Leverage modern AI tools and technologies to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex problems fasterCollaborate in Agile teams across the full software development lifecycle Qualification And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science1 to 3 years of hands-on development experience in the IT/Software industryStrong programming skills in Python (including FastAPI and Django frameworks) and NodeJS, especially for real-time, event-driven systemsExperience with PostgreSQL databases Experience building software on a microservices architectureHands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms Solid grasp of secure coding practicesComfortable working in a Linux environmentExperience with unit testing (Pytest, Jest) and Git/BitBucket source controlFamiliarity with all phases of the software development lifecycleGreat communication skills and a genuine team player attitudeA curiosity for emerging AI tools and technologies, and an eagerness to apply them to real-world challenges in transportation electrificationHands-on experience with Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with code analysis tools (Bandit, SonarQube etc.)Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, etc. What can we offer?
