Senior Technical Product Manager As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest Financial Client, I am seeking for a Senior Technical Product Manager for a position in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of VIPA (Vulnerability Intelligence Prioritization & Automation), a strategic Global CISO initiative that correlates external threat intelligence with team’s internal asset and exposure data to identify, prioritize, and accelerate the remediation of critical vulnerabilities. As Technical Product Manager, you will work with cybersecurity experts, data engineers, platform engineers, architects, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to deliver a scalable and strategic cyber intelligence platform. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VIPA.Drive the delivery of vulnerability intelligence, threat intelligence, data correlation, and prioritization capabilities.Translate cybersecurity and business requirements into clear product features, epics, and backlog items.Lead prioritization across multiple stakeholders within Global CISO.Work closely with engineering teams building data products, APIs, analytics capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions.Manage dependencies across asset management, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and reporting domains.Ensure platform capabilities align with regulatory, security, and risk requirements.Drive adoption and value realization of VIPA across Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Risk teams.Define and track product KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.Support the introduction and governance of AI and GenAI capabilities within the platform in accordance with AI Risk Management standards. Core skills requirement: 3 MAIN SKILLS: 1. Technical Product Management & Azure DevOps Proven experience working as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role within a technology-driven environment. Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including backlog management, roadmap planning, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and coordination of cross-functional engineering teams. 2. Azure Data Platforms & Analytics Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure data platforms and cloud-native architectures. Experience working with Azure databases, data engineering solutions, analytics platforms, and large-scale data products, preferably within Azure and Databricks environments. Ability to translate business and cybersecurity requirements into scalable data-driven solutions. 3. Cybersecurity & Vulnerability Management Demonstrated experience within Cybersecurity, with strong knowledge of vulnerability management, threat intelligence, cyber risk management, and security operations. Experience working with security teams to prioritize vulnerabilities, assess risk exposure, and deliver actionable intelligence capabilities. Understanding of security governance, regulatory requirements, and secure-by-design principles.
