Overview Application Development Associate provides support on application development project and support the maintenance of production systems for the Bank and its branches. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Application Maintenance Provide first level application maintenance support servicesReview and analyze application issue, prepare a solution for supervisor to review and approve, and execute the solution after it is approvedParticipate in testing and submit solution to supervisor for reviewAssist with updating of application systems maintenance documentsEnsure adherence to the change management procedure when implementing application solutions Application Development Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand the business and system requirementsAssist with the development of project plan and conclusion based on the analysis of business requirement sessions and present to supervisor for reviewWrite application codes that are in compliance with secure coding principlesAssist with the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of application projectsConduct testing including unit test and system integration test to validate if the new application meets business requirementsDevelop detailed application documentationAdhere to the application development procedure when developing application system Risk Control Execute the processes in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, to control and mitigate risks arisen Qualifications Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related subject required; Master's degree preferred.1-2 years of Strong web page and computer program development and testing experience required.1-2 years of experiences with SQL scripts and data extracting skills1-2 years of IT project development, testing and maintenance experienceIT industry certificates preferredDemonstrate proficiency in at least 2 programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C Shell, python)Considerable skills in application software support, modifying, installation, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting; considerable skill in researching and evaluating computer software Pay Range Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications. USD $42,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
