AI is increasingly part of how we approach development at Holland Mountain, and we're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in using it to work smarter and deliver better solutions.
You don't need to be an AI or machine-learning specialist.
We're interested in practical use of AI within development - whether that's supporting coding and SQL development, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, analysis or exploring different approaches to solving a problem.
We'd particularly like to hear how you're already using AI tools in your work, or how you see them becoming part of your development approach.

You'll be someone who asks questions, takes ownership and is confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is an environment where things move quickly, so adaptability and a proactive approach are important.
In return, you'll have the opportunity to combine hands-on BI development, client interaction, problem-solving and emerging AI-enabled ways of working.
