Job Description We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Product Development Admin Assistant to join our Product Development team. You'll play an important role in keeping our product development process moving, coordinating samples, maintaining accurate product information, communicating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. We're looking for someone who can bring experience, confidence and strong ownership to the position, working autonomously while being a trusted support to the broader Product Development team. While this is a senior-level role, it has no direct reports. About The Role Coordinating product development administration across an allocated brand or portfolioManaging product information, item creation, production specifications and margin-related dataCoordinating and maintaining accurate product data within our systemsSupporting the end-to-end sample process, from receipt and processing through to photography, customer requirements and range milestonesBuilding and maintaining strong supplier relationshipsAssisting with product specifications, references and supplier purchase order informationMaintaining material and componentry librariesCoordinating catalogue and other product-related materialsKeeping product development timelines on trackSupporting projects, range releases and other Product Development priorities as required About You Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel - Practical Excel experience is essential as there will be an assessment as part of the recruitment process Experience within footwear, fashion, apparel or another product-based environmentA strong understanding of product development processes and critical timelinesConfidence communicating with offshore suppliers and factoriesStrong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracyThe ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing deadlines and proactively follow up actionsA collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders About Us With more than 250+ stores and 2200+ employees nationally, we are Australia's leading retailer and wholesaler of fashion and comfort footwear, owning and operating some of Australia's most iconic brands, including Bobux, The Trybe, Midas, mollini, Mathers, Williams, diana ferrari, and Australia's largest online footwear retailer, Styletread!
