Your Responsibilities
You further develop and maintain our long‑established microphone portfolio in close collaboration with manufacturing teams.You develop and optimize microphones and their electroacoustic transducers, taking them from initial concept through to series production readiness.You analyze requirements from Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing and translate them into robust design proposals.You evaluate and interpret development and manufacturing data using a data‑driven approach, particularly with Python and MATLAB.You select suitable materials and modern manufacturing processes to support product performance and manufacturability.You build prototypes, conduct measurement and testing activities, and continuously optimize designs through iterative development, supported by structured documentation.You create manufacturing instructions, technical specifications, and test concepts for test equipment development and series production.
Your Qualifications
Successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Sciences, or a comparable qualification.You have a solid foundation in acoustics.You bring practical experience in the analysis and development of manufacturable electroacoustic systems.You are proficient in using Python and MATLAB for data analysis and technical visualization.Ideally, you have experience with acoustic FEM/BEM simulations, including thermo‑viscous and electromechanical models as well as parametric studies for design optimization, preferably using COMSOL.You possess strong knowledge of materials and joining technologies.You are characterized by a structured and self‑driven way of working, combined with strong teamwork and communication skills.You have very good English language skills; conversational German skills are considered an advantage.
