Overview
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to join us at a genuinely hands-on level while owning backend architecture across the business.
This isn't a lead role that's drifted away from the code — you'll be writing production code, leading technical spikes, and setting the standard for quality, while also owning the architecture for our backend services and integration layer (think ERP platforms, in-house systems, and third-party SaaS).

Skills
